Our family serving yours since 1976.
It has been our honor and privilege to bring comfort and care to families during their most difficult moments. For three decades we have embarked on a journey to assist those in need with the compassion they so rightfully deserve. Our only hope is that we have been worthy of the trust you have placed in us for the care of your most precious loved ones. It is our goal and our life's mission to give respectful, dignified funeral services to all who pass through our doors.
- The Kruk Family and staff at Roma Funeral Home
Our job is to make this most difficult time as easy as possible for your family. From the moment you contact us, we will walk you through all phases of the funeral and internment process. We are here to facilitate your needs. Depending on the type of service you desire, we will help you arrange a funeral service that will both memorialize and celebrate the life of your loved one. Some of the services that we provide every family are:
You will never have to speak to a machine or answering service; your calls will always be answered 24 hours a day by a staff member
Our knowledgeable staff will manage all necessary aspects of finalizing a dignified service for your loved one
We will secure and file all necessary documentation, including obtaining certified copies of the death certificate, securing a burial permit, filing insurance claims, notifying social security, and preparing obituary notices
We will contact and arrange for the grave opening at cemeteries or crematoriums
We will schedule religious services of your denomination
For veterans, we file for veterans benefits, arrange for military honors, and arrange for clearance for burial at a national cemetery
Please note that although we are based in the tri-hamlet of the Mastics and Shirley, we can assist with services anywhere in the country, or even the world.
Your knowledge and comfort are of the utmost importance to us - so please feel free to ask any and all questions that you may have.
